After a Friday night concert at the arena, 4 am came fast. I busted out the 5 hr energy and we hit the road. 395 to Reno to see Bub abd Heather.We stop in Bishop for lunch. Eriick Schat's Bakkery hit the spot. We took their Cheese bread stick for dinner. Also some extra sourdough. Vinny got some fresh baked coffee cake for tomorrow's breakfast. Schat's has a deli with made to order sandwiches. If the bread and coffee cake are like the sandwiches we are in for a treat. if your in Bishiop thats the place to go.
